Training & Mentoring
My focus when training is on ensuring that you or your team feel empowered to use new skills. I offer face-to-face training sessions and remote workshop sessions, both tailored to you or your company, so that we can focus on your unique challenges and objectives. I also teach young marketers on a regular basis which reinforces my training capabilities and understanding of new developments in an ever-changing industry.
As a marketing trainer & teacher, I specialise in helping others to understand the power of marketing, and which tactics are the best to use so that they can be more effective in their businesses.
How Training & Mentoring will help your business:
- 1:1 sessions or full training programs for your team and business
- Understand how to build marketing campaigns from start to finish to gain more effective results
- Learn more about popular digital platforms so that you can use these to their full advantage and ensure your campaigns are data-driven.
- Empower your team to create more engaging campaigns and support their training goals
- Have a supporting hand to guide you as you learn and grow your marketing
- Meet in person or remotely depending on your schedule
Let me help you enhance your marketing skills and achieve your business objectives.
I also host many interactive workshops and seminars through key training partners, covering key topics such as digital marketing, social media strategies, digital customer experience and content creation, which all help business owners and managers to drive audience engagement and business growth.
I teach young professionals and lecture undergraduates regularly, nurturing new marketers and those who are looking to further their careers. These students are working to achieve the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s certifications, across digital and professional marketing, customer experience, PR and responsible, sustainable marketing.
“Sheryl’s knowledge and experience in marketing are unparalleled. She adeptly addressed the diverse assignments and topics of each student, consistently applying her expertise to our specific questions with a smile and a calm demeanour – there was no questions about the topic that she was not able to answer. Her ability to manage it all was truly mind-blowing.” Gina English – Director of Social Value, Social Enterprise Kent.
“Sheryl was absolutely lovely and brought her experience and expertise in a humble, gentle and compassionate way which I appreciated – meeting us on our level as a small organisation with limited resource and seeking to understand our work and what is achievable. I found it particularly useful to practically apply the marketing models to Lifecentre by talking through and brainstorming our audiences and objectives together. Loads of great thinking and work for us to do, I really appreciate the attention to the planning and strategy focus”. LifeCentre UK
