Beginners guide to Social Media     Friday 6th  March 9.30 – 12.30pm.  £45.00 per person.

Are you new to using social media for business? This short course covers all that you need to know about the main social channels, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, hints and tips for getting started, what and when to post for the best engagement and how to evaluate your efforts using the insights tools available.

Customer Centric Strategy   Tuesday 24th March 8am – 10am   £25.00 per person

Our customers should be at the heart of everything we do. Customer-centricity is about nurturing your audience and achieving a positive customer experience at every stage of their customer journey to achieve loyalty and satisfaction. This short workshop explores these values and how to develop your understanding of your customer to help build your community.

Planning your marketing for better results    Friday 1st May 10am – 4pm   £ 75.00 per person

A solid marketing plan will ensure that you achieve results! This full day customer focused workshop ensures you come away with a working document which shows you how to research your audience, target your customers, set marketing goals, decide on your marketing communication channels and evaluate your success.

Workshops will all be held at a venue in Worthing town centre, West Sussex.  VAT will not be charged.

Payment will be required in advance. A full refund will be available if the place is cancelled within 10 days of the course date.
