Who am I ?!
As 2024 starts, a new door opens and it’s a great time to take a fresh perspective on your business .. so who am I and more importantly, how could I help you ?
I’m an experienced and highly qualified marketing specialist, with 30+ years in both corporate communications and freelance marketing.
My business aim is to be a flexible, cost-effective marketing asset to you and your business.
I founded Tipton Marketing in 2000 and over the decades have built an enviable client base working with both national and local businesses, across all aspects of Marketing and Communications such as Branding, strategy, marketing planning, digital communications, content strategy and PR.
My specialism is working out what makes your business special. Who are your prospective customers? What is the one thing that sets your business apart from the crowd? Once we know this, we can then implement a tactical campaign to drive results and grow your business.
I also teach and invest a lot of time in future marketers. Professionals who are the next generation of marketing specialists, who are building their skills and striving to be the best they can be. I mostly work with students studying their CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing across all levels from Assistants to Managers.
This gives me the perfect opportunity to give something back, and to balance teaching and doing, which elevates my freelance work and makes sure that I stay up to date in our ever-changing industry.
It also gives me the ability to be able to coach and mentor my business clients, to help them gain confidence and see better and wider results for their businesses. The perfect combination!
Last but not least I’m also Vice President for Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce, and their Marketing lead and having been part of the Chamber for most of my business life, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
