Speaking at TEDx Crawley
Speaking at TEDx Crawley is a privilege. Taking my place on the red spot amongst the other fabulous speakers will be an experience that I shall treasure, once my hands stop shaking and my knees stop knocking.
My talk is about why our Customer’s don’t Care – and I can’t spoil it, but suffice to say we are all customers and sometimes we really don’t care – not until something is relevant to us and affects us. So, as a business manager, owner or leader, it’s vital we take time to get to know our customers and produce relevant, engaging content that really resonates and is genuine human to human connection.
