Define & Deliver Workshops

The brief: Chris Mansfield and I hosted Define & Deliver Marketing & Networking Lunch at the Sussex Yacht Club, created to help SME founders and business owners gain clarity, confidence, and practical direction in their marketing while building meaningful professional connections.

The work: We designed and delivered a strategic, insight‑led session focused on defining your message and communicating it with purpose. Alongside two short presentations, we facilitated a hands‑on workshop where attendees applied the concepts directly to their own businesses, supported by guided discussion and collaborative problem‑solving, all within a relaxed networking lunch environment.

The outcome: The event was a resounding success, giving attendees renewed clarity, stronger messaging, and actionable next steps. The combination of strategic learning and high‑quality networking created real momentum, leaving business owners better equipped to communicate their value and build long‑term visibility.

“I just want to thank you for a brilliant afternoon. Insightful and extremely educational for me personally. The format works perfectly. Nice, simple, and human. It’s quite rare these days. I loved the vibe and it was a very good mix of people and business types. Really enjoyed it.”
