Flourish

The brief: Flourish is a consultancy founded by Lainy Russell, working strategically with organisations to strengthen communication and influence at every level.

The work: Over a six-month mentoring engagement, I helped Lainy refine her business strategy, sharpen her market positioning and implement targeted campaigns aligned with her long-term growth ambitions.

The outcome: Together, we created a clearer, more scalable direction for Flourish, supported by the tactical momentum needed to help the business grow.

“I turned my marketing on its head when I first started working with Sheryl. She got me to think in a linear and clear way about everything I was doing. I started to work quite differently; more focused on what I offer and how to communicate it. We have a great working relationship, and she adapted to my sometimes over exuberant ideas, ‘teaching’ me what to do, which as an educator works well for me. I have seen several positive shifts in my business, in quite a short time, and look forward to our continued business partnership.”
